The Anti-Federalist such as Samuel Adams, Patrick Henry and George Mason were fearful that the proposed Constitution would eventually evolve in to a government that would abuse the rights that is was created to protect. They predicted that the government created by the Constitution would one day enslave the people.

Why did only 6 of the 55 men that signed the Declaration of Independence also sign the Constitution?

The Constitution That Never Was by Ralph Boryszewski- Click Here

This is the first and only book since the founding of our country that puts the corrupted United States government on the defensive by exposing the fraud that was perpetrated against seven generations of Americans. The people, in the beginning, were talked into ratifying and adopting the proposed Constitution but were denied any input into its actual make-up. The founding perpetrators, hiding behind locked doors of Philadelphia's State House, secretly drafted a Constitution. Its very first words were a lie

- "We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect Union ... do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." The people were not given the opportunity to elect delegates of their choice nor the ability to offer input into what would make a more perfect Union. The Constitution was drafted by delegates who were elected by the State legislatures and it was the intention of the delegates to enhance the powers of lawyers and limit those of the people. The founding fathers were poor on action but great on promise. There were to be three departments of government each to be a check upon the other. The Congress was to make the law, the President was to enforce the law and the US Supreme Court was to sit in judgment of disputes over any law of Congress challenged by the people. But there actually was not a Supreme Court available for almost a year (March 1789 to February 1790) to which the people could have challenged the "constitutionality" of the Constitution itself. For example, the First Congress was open to immediate Court challenge when its members commenced duties without the taking of an oath of office. The Constitution contains an oath of office to which Presidents are sworn. An oath for House and Senate members was required but omitted. But even if the First Congress was under a proper oath of office, the Senate could not confirm the would-be Supreme Court Justices who were to be nominated by President Washington. The Judicial Article of the Constitution, also being defective, did not state the actual number of justices who were to be appointed, nor a quorum necessary for them to do business. Further, no justice of the Supreme Court could enter upon the duties of his office because the Constitution did not then and still does not today provide a Constitutional oath to which its judges must be bound. The above are only a few of the shocking facts that have made a continuing mockery of what many Americans still believe is a sacred Constitution. New readers are invited to examine The Constitution That Never Was and to discover that the Bill of Rights was to be a check upon the Constitution. The founders however, fooled the people by claiming the Bill of Rights was an amendment to the Constitution. In time the Constitution because of decisions by impostor-judges, wrongfully became a check on the sovereign people's Bill of Rights. To avoid a dangerous and impending division of American people from engaging in an inevitable confrontation, I invite all Americans to become better informed and to join forces in educating an army of just plain people so we can laugh out of office the lawyer-impostors who have been in total command of our lives, liberties and proper pursuit of happiness for the last 200 years. Each of you must teach another to prevent a second civil war. The first was between the States, the next one, if we allow it, will be between people who have had it up to their necks vs. those who blindly follow a government of corrupt impostors and its unworkable Constitution. The leaders are mostly lawyers who wrongfully run all three departments of government while eloquently speaking out about the need of maintaining a separation of powers.
