As long as our government divides the people into classes where some enjoy rights, privileges and benefits which are denied to others we will continue to suffer the inevitable consequences.
Political hierarchies guarantee the rich and powerful will have the capacity to exploit the masses. Only in a society where everyone is treated equally can the fruits of liberty, justice and equality be realized.
The Bible tells us that "As Ye sow, so shall Ye reap" and that a corrupt tree can only produce corrupt fruit/. Bob Podolsky in his book "Flourish" asserts that governmental systems that treat one group of people better than another are unethical. He states that institution built on unethical principles are not capable of producing ethical results.
Preserving a Constitution which allows the government to benefit some of the people at the expense of others is not worth preserving. The Constitution allowed the plantation owners to exploit Africans that were brought to this country without their consent. The Constitution allowed the states to deny women the right to vote. The Constitution has served and continues to serve the financial elite..
It is the responsibility of the government to protect our life, liberty and property and to protect us from corporations that have a propensity to abuse the people. These corporations are allowed to exploit the people because those elected to Congress have collectively received billions of dollars from the same corporations they are supposed to be regulating.
Do you think the Goldman Sachs gives millions of dollars to candidates without the expectation that their investment will be recaptured many time over?
If we accept conventional wisdom we will remain forever trapped inside of the box created for us by those that seek to enslave us. In order to free ourselves from the lawyers, bankers and corrupt politicians we must first realize that the government of the United States has failed to secure the lives, liberty and property of the people and to protect us from the ause of power by the financial institutions that dictate the agenda to the corrupt lawyers and politician that have invested Capitol Hill..
The Constitution which created the government of the United States was ratified by state conventions. The delegates to these conventions were selected by the state legislatures and the people did not have the opportunity to give their consent. Not even the representatives elected by the people had a voice in the ratification of the Constitution. Now do you understand why Patrick Henry said "I smell a rat."

Hopefully very Soon, this evil individual is currently reaping reads by the Khamsa! (spoken a little different than kim'shee in the far east).
We could not get that Lucky.
Tyranny can only come from administrators when they exceed their authority and try to suppress the power (rights) of the people. They do this in small steps, most often under the guise of 'It's for your own good', of 'We have to do this for the children'. Often shrouded in real or imagined emergency, overstepping bureaucrats take bold 'temporary' measures, 'for our own good', then conveniently 'forget' to let them 'lapse'.
Regardless if by distraction or indecision, the People are to blame. It is our responsibility to remain ever vigilant. We are also the ones who must correct any transgressions by our elected or appointed authorities.
As for the corrupt Corporations--they could offer all the money they want, and achieve nothing--if our corrupt bureaucrats were not standing there with their hands out. And corrupt lawyers--we had the opportunity to avoid this oft-repeated and infamous pitfall, but our ambivalence allowed lawyers the chance to subvert our original 13th Amendment, and they pounced on it.
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

A land without lawyers? Perhaps not the most practical scenario, but a government without lawyers (other than a few clerks and a consultant or two) would certainly be preferable to what we have.
As far as preferential treatment of one segment of society over others, and driving division among us, bureaucrats accomplish two objectives: first, they weaken us by dividing us; second, they curry favor by different classes, cultures, or other social distinctions. But that's our fault, too. We let them get away with it even though it is obvious to all those willing to see.
So what do we do about it? Do we sit on our hands and exclaim, "You can't fight city hall", or "What can one man do?", or "We can only pray that God will deliver us from this evil WE created.".
Are we truly that pathetic? So void of hope and ideas, we become paralyzed? Are these members of the same human race that unified and defeated Hitler? Are these the same persistent and resourceful men and women who have recovered and flourished after being ravaged by countless plagues, massive natural calamities, famine, and horrific wars? Of course we are, and we will prevail over this scourge of totalitarian ideologies--as we always have. We must bring this invasion of un-American ideologues to a halt, and purge the key proponents of our oppression. (oas2014.com) Then rebuild our Constitutional government under its original plan (republicfortheunitedstates.org) Simple, and only as painful as We choose it to be.
A land without Lawyers is a novel idea!
Hillary was a lawyer; Billy B Job Was a Lawyer; Obama was even a Constitutional Lawyer in his own mind's eye. What did all these lawyers get us?
Screwed again as usual!
Our laws define us. Our lawyers defile us. I've known a few good men who were lawyers, but very few lawyers who were good men. Our challenge is to find a way to make sure we have only those who are both.
I'm reminded of the 'Fair Witness' concept in Brave New World. Perhaps we should breed and train our lawyers from birth.
And, if you think lawyers don't have heart, read the best lawyer story of all time... bar none.
The United Way realized that it had never received a donation from the city's most successful lawyer.
So a United Way volunteer paid the lawyer a visit in his lavish office.
The volunteer opened the meeting by saying, 'Our research shows that even though your annual income is over two million dollars, you don't give a penny to charity. Wouldn't you like to give something back to your community through the United Way?’
The lawyer thinks for a minute and says, 'First, did your research also show you that my mother is dying after a long, painful illness, and she has huge medical bills that are far beyond her ability to pay?'
Embarrassed, the United Way rep mumbles, 'Uh... No, I didn't know that.'
'Secondly,' says the lawyer, 'did it show that my brother, a disabled Veteran, is blind and confined to a wheelchair and is unable to support his wife and six children?
The stricken United Way rep begins to stammer an apology, but is cut off again…
'Thirdly, did your research also show you that my sister's husband died in a dreadful car accident, leaving her penniless with a mortgage and three children, one of whom is disabled and another that has learning disabilities requiring an array of private tutors?'
The humiliated United Way rep, completely beaten, says, 'I'm so sorry. I had no idea.'
And the lawyer says, 'So, if I didn't give any money to them, what makes you think I'd give any to you!
