The "Court of Record"

In court is where you actually WANT to be, believe it or not. That is where the scumbags hope you never win. But;

Short of eliminating these "scumbags", I will continue to fight them even if I have to do it in their court. If it's recorded, it's a "court of record". This issue gets confusing because it's filled with ambiguity and definitions and rules and procedures and a kind of adversarial atmosphere, right from the gitgo.

It's they got you or you got them. I intend to be the getter. No matter how hard they try, "they" can't escape their own rules that they are duty bound to follow, without setting themselves up for automatic grounds for appeal. If you wish to raise the roof and attempt to "take them down" so to speak, that's your prerogative. When they ignore the law and their own codes, they are liable for those decisions. If they cause you damages, you can sue for remedy and do it right and you will win.

However, you get more flies with honey than vinegar. This was always what seemed to be my biggest fear; that I didn't wish to injure anyone, but I didn't want them to injure me either and get away with it. So the exact procedure you must use and employ should be accomplished like a stage production. If you want to put on a show and have it go well in your favor, you must practice and be very clear as to your intent in case they try to rattle you. So you go in trying to kill them with kindness.

<It's like if you were a Comedian on stage, with a specific routine and there was a heckler in the crowd. What then? How do you handle yourself? What do you do? Well as for comedians, they know exactly what to do with an unruly person or persons. That's where you need to be in terms of preparedness. Without necessarily trying to embarrass them as a comedian would do to a heckler, you can still trap them and make them wish they hadn't of said what they said. Politely. After all, it's no fun being smug and it won't add to the result, it will just make you look like a jerk.

My hope is that anyone who wishes to do battle against wrongdoing, focus on the doing and not the doer. If what you want is to remedy your injury, then focus on that and thank them for helping you. Because if you think about it, that's exactly what they're doing when they make those mistakes you led them right into; and after all, taking someone else down a peg does not raise you up one.

So while everyone wants to argue about monetary issues, courts of record, common law, and the existence of a Strawman, that has nothing to do with how you conduct yourself in the arena.

Be proud, don't be loud.

Be polite, you'll end up right.

Be humble and it won't turn into a rumble.

Be ready to win, not just commit another sin.

Have a good day filled with accomplishments. And good luck!
