If the principle of one person, one vote was applied at the Federal level, the Congressional Districts in each of the states would be the same size.
Each state is supposed to be equally represented in the Senate and proportionally represented in the House. of Representatives.
Each state should have two senators and one representative for every thirty thousand inhabitants.
There should be over 10,000 Congressional Districts and over 5,000 representatives need to be present for a quorum to lawfully exist.
