A terrorist is a individual or a group who threatens to commit violence against their political adversaries. Ammon Bundy and his fellow patriots have committed no crimes and are the victims of terrorism perpetrated by the FBI, BLM and corrupt judges.

They have been incarcerated for 16 months without being convicted of a crime. They have been denied bail and have been subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. By definition, the government is a terrorist organization and the prisoners are the victims.

The only crime committed by the prisoners was to defend the Constitution. They made the mistake of assuming that the Bill Rights still protected the people from the abuse of power by the Federal government.

Was their freedom of speech a criminal offense? Was the freedom to assemble and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances stricken from the Bill of Rights? What about their right to a speedy trial and their right to bail. What about the presumption that an accused person is assumed innocent until proven guilty.

When a government violates the Constitution, it robs the people of their God given rights and has violated the supreme law of the land..
