  • Virginia - It shocking to say the least, that the State of Virginia does not have one, not ONE, Constitutional Sheriff, or at very least not one with the humility to come forward to let the citizens know that he will honor is Oath of Office.  One must wonder what the problem is.  One must also be very aware of this unfortunate situation and understand the circumstances that could arise should a rogue federal government decide to take over your county.  So while many dream and remain clueless, the federal government is becoming more and more oppressive and working to take our freedom:

    Read the oath of office for sheriff's actual duties

    Do you mean to tell me that we cannot locate one sheriff in all of Virginia who will give assurance to the citizens they represent that he/she will bear true faith and allegiance to and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic?

    "I, [name], do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Virginia (state name), that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and defend them against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of the office of [Sheriff of XX County], according to the best of my ability, so help me God."

    There is nothing in the oath about loyalty to the Federal Government, president or governor, or obedience to laws or executive orders that violate the Constitution of the U.S. or Virginia, or permit the violation of the God-given rights of Americans. It would be blindly foolish to accept any law or order coming down the pike from any source, which violates the Constitution.

    This essentially identical oath is sworn by every single police officer, firefighter, soldier and elected official in the Republic.  If we have entered a time in our history when the oath is being overlooked we are in serious trouble, and if we have arrived at a time in our history where the words are a mere gesture, but are meaningless, we are likewise in serious trouble.

    Citizens have every reason at this critical time, and any time, to expect their sheriff to answer the questions:  Are you a Constitutional Sheriff? Will you honor your Oath of Office, and should an occasion arise where citizens rights are violated or threatened, will you, the sheriff, defend citizens' rights under the Constitution of the United States, or will you become an administrative arm of the Federal Government?

  • Ma'am ,

    I am already a member, thank you. I took the oath to uphold both the U.S. Constitution and the Virginia Constitution, the latter being even more detailed than the former. I intend to uphold both of these documents, so help me God.

  • Why not?  33 hits,,, hopefully one of them will go and visit one or more and share the Law with them...

    Blessings=my your desires be fulfilled

    ps great informative blog Ann!! Same problem in MD... BTW anyone interested in the uttering of counterfeit instruments (fraudulent foreclosures) simply go to the land records and search under any foreclosure mill attorney and you  will find the "corruption of the public record' fraudulent, robo signed assignments and appointments... go figure... the evidence is on the record and yet the corrupt courts/judges refuse to hold them accountable...

    but we can via ex rel and RICO... because fraudulent foreclosures can not be done without the participation of the Judge, help of the clerks and unlawful action by the sheriff.... gee imagine that, every facet of our protections have been infield-trated by communists... yup that is right it is on the Congressional record.. they are called Lawyers.... imagine that... and as to "title of Nobility" just went to the capital DC court in DC and guess who don't get searched or phone taken away etc... to enter our Court Houses?  Yup you got it the communist attorneys.... oh wait doesn't the Constitution address that? So why do we have so many unlawful, ineligible, subverters of the US communists in offices of our Gov.???

  • Sheriff Kidd, thanks so much for replying!  I see that you're the Sheriff of Buckingham County.  I'm hoping there are more like you in Virginia who simply have not registered with the Constitutional Possee.  I'm sure you must be registered, yet I do not see your name or the name of any Virginia Sheriff entered under Virginia.  I wonder if you wouldn't mind taking a minute to do this. The citizens of your county are indeed blessed to have a Constitutional Sheriff !
