This Constitution Club release is perhaps the most informative of all! I will bcc it to many others with the hope they find time to watch the videos and forward this message to their contacts.
As you know, government was created for the PURPOSE of securing our unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and opportunity to pursue Happiness (Declaration of Independence). The transformation of our government from a Republic into a Corporation is but one of the many illegal “Federal actions” that have “exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction....” as alleged by thirty governors on 11/22/94.
When the Constitutionalist’s Networking Center (CNC) chaired by the late Governor Mecham (R-AZ) was formed in 1933 its members examined the options available for gaining control of the Federal government. It became clear the only peaceful options are through the common law grand jury box, the ballot box, or nullification of the fraudulently introduced and adopted 17th Amendment (see http://www.thecnc.org/Documents/17thAmendment.htm). At this time, viable common law jury boxes and ballot boxes aren’t available. Common law grand juries were declared “obsolete” in the 1946 changes to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedures; another unlawful Federal act.” The ballot box is not reliable for many reasons. Bottom line: if voters are to have a way of peacefully restoring lawful government they must inspire states to restore the integrity of these boxes. Legislation was drafted to do so. It can be found under recent articles on the www.thecnc.org web site.
Convincing states to pass the needed legislation won’t be easy! It will require the support of millions of Americans working as a team; one such as that described in www.thecnc/Document/1776.htm. Thanks to Keith Broaders and his www.ConstitutionClubUSA.com web site a communications system is available to aid America’s patriots in locating and communicating with one another to create the team. The challenge is to get people to act. I pray they will; and soon! But will they? The outlook isn’t good. Too many people are a part of America’s problem. They are ignoring the importance of James 4:17 and failing to do what’s right and like it or not, God is still in charge.
It is disheartening to know there are hundreds if not thousands of organizations working on some SYMPTOM of America’s “problem” but who lack the common sense to realize – or simply refuse to recognize – that the solution lies in gaining control of government and uniting on the few options available for doing so. Keith, thank you for what you are doing. This assemblage of videos is the most comprehensive education I have received on this subject. Although I have stumbled upon bits and pieces of this information over time, this compilation is most compelling and underscores our need for education in these matters. It also drives the argument that we have little option, "...when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
That time is upon us.

Anything that is created by men and women other than their children are fictions.. All organizations created by men are artificial entities and have no authority other than what is granted to them by their creators.
Every government in the history of the world has been a fiction. It really doesn't matter what you call it, the fact is that it derives its power from the consent of the people. If the people remain silent, the tyrants assume the power.
Only people have rights, governments only have privileges granted to them by their creator.
Keith, If we create the fiction, we can modify, or erase it.

Thank you I did. I however think that the government will not be violent, they simply will pass gun laws and force us to stand our ground, collapse the financial system, or create an emergency with which to issue in martial law.
If that's what you mean by the government choosing to make it so, then I agree. But I also know that with all the racial divides, religious divides and the illegal courts we are at a critical point in our history and there are some who want a preemptive. That's what I am trying to avoid. Not the actual 2nd American Revolution but being the ones to cause it. It hurts our Constitutional republic. Although we all know our DUTY as prescribed in the Declaration of Independence.
Wolf, first, we are in agreement in our concerns over our Republic collapsing--regardless the cause. Second, what Constitutional Republic? That has been hollowed out for over a hundred years. The ship of our Republic is so full of holes she is floundering and about go under.
It is too late to educate our populace, they've been fed so many lies, they laugh at the truth. It's too late for elections, they are decided before the first vote is cast. We need to give our bureaucrats a defibrillator shock to restart the system and make them realize the source of their power is limited to the authority we give them.
As for the Second American Revolution: it is long underway and the communists are winning. Hopefully, you and I, and a few million more can turn this tide and restore our Republic to its Constitutional foundation.

To restore the Republic we have to take the power to create the money away from the bankers.
I know very few who want to do that, and fewer still you have the Balls, Guts, Courage or what ever you want to call, it to even address the issue much less to try to do it.

I promote the Constitution Club. I share the links and stories all the time. They link to the National Liberty Alliance. The understanding of our problems in this country are the same. Don't ignore getting these juries up and running. It can be done. We are truly on the same page... This will move much faster with everybody getting them reinstated. What do we have to lose?
Let the egos go........They are not important now. People with no "out front" exposure are more important than those who are. Don't let people tell you this can not be done. Our Declaration and State Constitutions give us the power to Abolish if we are abused and oppressed. We are taxed w/o representation therefore there is NO republic. Our children are being taken, the elderly are kidnapped for profit,. people are being criminally charged for NO crime, people are railroaded by prosecutors and charged for murder when there is absolutely NO evidence to support it and "those" juries buy it because they are "told" what to do.
