      It would be difficult to argue Gen. Butler's points, as he experienced so much, so long and all of it first hand.

      I believe his ideas are very worthy, but only if all of the other nations will do the same, or at least similar.

      We must be strong enough to defend our borders and deliver swift retaliation, should we endure a first strike.

      I do not believe the world is ready to "beat their swords into plow shares", just yet.
