What You Were Never Told

The big banks in the north wanted Congress to put up privately owned land in seven southern states as collateral for debt.

The southern congressmen refused to go along with it and the South seceded from the union.

It was about an unfair tax on the south. In 1863, Lincoln needed support for the war and sided with the abolitionists to get their support. Read the congressional records.

The reason they want to abolish the confederate flag is because it represents the fight for states’ rights and the fight against unfair taxation. The government doesn't want the truth waving in their face!
