Every King or Emperor in the history of the world was the commander-in-chief of his nation's military. The founding fathers wanted the United States Chief Executive to be the servant of the people and not a military dictator. For that reason, the Constitution gave the President the authority to serve in the capacity of Commander-in-Chief only when he was called upon by a Congressional Declaration of War.
If our President has the authority to command the military without permission from a co-equal branch of government as he claims, then how is that any different than a dictator?

The President is not the Commander in Chief when he is selected to be the PRESIDENT before the Election.
This seems to have happened when JF Kennedy won the seat in 1961.
There seemed to be a brokering event who would be the next President by the MONEY CHANGERS.
Then we have the RECENT declaration by FARRAKHAN that Obama was selected, not elected. Other today news.
What we need is a congress other than COMMUNiST Sellouts! (Boehner, McConnell, ISSA, PELOSI, REID, CLINTON, many others during their reign of terror.
After all TERRORIST is a HOME GROWN GANG OF THIEVES.
