Morality consists of doing what is right, while obedience is doing what one is told. Evil men hire corrupt lawyers and politicians to write the laws and then hire corrupt judges and sheriffs to enforce them.

We all have a conscience and know the difference between right and wrong. We don't need lawyers in black robes to tell us.

This is probably the most basic outline how to fix most of our Country's problems today. I think we could go through Washington DC and each state capital and delete about 75% of our overburdening legislation and make America, safer, more free, and less litigeous, overnight. Less is more!
Maybe fire or "recall" all the ones who authored all these illegal Bills and voted FOR such unlawful legislation. That would keep their replacements honest for a few years.
Is there any place within the Constitution where it allows codes, statutes, and regulations? How about permits and licenses for living our lives without harming another in the pursuit of happiness? Are they laws or not? Do we need to recognize, let alone "obey" non-laws?
Can we use Supreme Court Justice John Marshall's quote above as our court precedent to have most complaints dismissed for not "having standing", or no jurisdiction? No injured party, physical or monetary, where there is no crime, and no plaintiff. All null and void! Later judge, have a nice day!
I agree with everything you say here. You know when a President of the United States makes the statement, " I can do anything I want" and when he feels all he has to do to avoid the Constitutional process and by-pass Congress is to "..take his pen and make phone calls" (his words), you know something is terribly wrong. Any man with RIGHT REASON, knows something is VERY WRONG. I've noticed in our current day, we never quote the sages of old, we never refer to the tried and true...Many people are not even familiar, or knowledgeable what that is...No one quotes anymore...WE HERE CANNOT HIDE OUR LIGHT UNDER A BASKET...if Jefferson were alive today, I believe he would be called a TERRORIST..in our day. Should you be one of the people that has a voter registration in tact, based on the Trading with the Enemy Act, you are an enemy of the state as well you have subscribed to the corporate USA political subdivision and have surrendered any constitutional protections you think you have and are under the 14th amendment corporate constitution, not the organic constitution for the united states of America. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights no longer applies to you.
There are two governments in place in every state/STATE. If you go to the Clerk of the Courts office and they are working in the capacity of a County Clerk for the County of in the STATE of ____, you are dealing with the Corporate STATE. But if you go in and ask if they are the clerk for say Henrico, Virginia, then you have the peoples officer that is there to serve you in the capacity of that office as one of the good people of Virginia, not the STATE Corporation. It is good of you to, on and for the record before conducting business, accept their Oath and their Bond for the office that they hold, and then give them instructions as to what you want done.
The sheeple have not got their heads right in knowing who they are and who the public servants are. Therefore the people don't know who they are and consent out of ignorance to allow the servants to become officers that control them within the STATE.
Lawyers need to be asked for their Subscribed Oath to practice law in (Virginia) or whatever geographical location commonly know as (state Name) in upper and lower Case.
Should one of these officers ask if you are this person and call you by name and you answer yes, you have surrendered jurisdiction. We are people not persons. You are a person if you have subscribed to their voter registration scheme. Or if you have their SSN or you have not claimed your Birth Cirtificate or if you have a drivers license and are not in commerce and the list of adhesion contracts, Bonds and Trusts the STATE has the people under boggles the mind. The sheeple have been dumbed down and taught how to talk themselves into bondage to the system.
Somewhere in scripture it states "Separate yourselves out from amongst them and become ye separate." If you really want your rights and freedoms, it is up to us to live them and it begins by removing oneself from the matrix and that begins by rescinding the voter registration. The marriage application invited the state to have rights to your children. The drivers license application state on it that you are considered a Vessel in Commerce therefore removing any rights you thought you had in court. Righten right on the application. Most people are in bondage and don't even know it even though they signed the contract that bound them. The populace have become public and have lost their private status and wonder why the system is not working for them.

Thanks kenneth. The several examples you've brought forth that bound us by unwittingly agreeing to deceptive contracts is something we need to reverse. My question for the group is how do we reverse all these so-called contracts? Can we make a list of them and possibly come together and figure out what documentation we need to file to remove ourselves from their bondage. Maybe this needs to be a seperate topic.
I heard that we should cancel our voters registration. Mostly because, one question on the applications it asks if we are a UNITED STATES CITIZEN. I think the capital letters tricks us into admitting we are employees of the USA corporation, it's administrative courts, and jurisdiction. Maybe there's more to it.
What about passports?
There's IRS and employer forms where we "volunteer" to gift our money to them.
I'd like to get my vehicle title and registration returned to me and also cancel my driver license, as I don't "travel" as a professional driver.
I'd like to undo my birth certificate and SS# as I couldn't have legally agreed to it when born. I was a minor back then!
I'd like to undo my children's SS#. They never agreed to being a slave either, and the hospital tricked them, for profit, into a birth certificate and SS#.
I was married in a church by God, but I was divorced by a Judge. I have a problem with that! I never signed anything, am I really divorced? They took money and everything I ever owned from me though! That needs clearing up.

The rescinding of the voter registration is first and then the rescinding of the 1040 tax claim is second, then the signatures on marriage license, Drivers license; If you buy insurance your covering a commercial product, even if your insuring yourself, and the list is long and thorough even involving the baptismal certificate.
