According to the Declaration of Independence our government was created for the purpose of securing people's unalienableRights to Life, Liberty, and opportunity for Happiness. Therefore, ANY Act by government which in any way has diminished or eliminated anyone's ability to enjoy an unalienable Right is an unconstitutional Act and those responsible for it and/or its perpetuation are guilty of crimes found in Title 18 of the U.S. Criminal Code. Replacing our lawfully constituted government with a corporation was such an act.
Bottom line: We now live in a lawless nation so far as politicians go. Our challenge is to Take America Back to its lawful foundation. Doing so will require unity - not in body but in spirit and on a few meaningful action by millions of Americans to convince state legislators that as Principals to the Constitution and under the Law of Agency they hold the ultimate authority and responsibility for its proper interpretation and implementation. DOING SO AND GETTING STATES TO RESTORE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR COMMON LAW GRAND JURY AND BALLOT BOXES SHOULD BE THE FOCUS OF EVERY EFFORT as these actions and/or nullification of the fraudulently adopted 17th Amendment are the onlypeaceful options for regaining control of the Federal government. Thanks to the Constitution Club such unity is now possible IF enough people can be made aware of it and convinced to recognize the importance of James 4:17 and do what's right.
