Here is a list in order, of the things ALL conservatives need to know, understand and support if we're going to have any chance of freedom for ourselves and our children. We are at a point where action is required by all of us and tough decisions need to be made. We can no longer accept mediocrity or compromise with Communists. The time is nigh to stand up for freedom and our natural God given rights. Here's what we need to support just to start with in order to be organized as one force against the tyranny we see today.

WE ALL MUST BELIEVE IN ORDER, THE FOLLOWING;

1. A new Amendment to FORCE the States to Form and Maintain "A Well Regulated Militia", because it is "necessary to the security of a Free State,.." (And its People I might add)
2. Use the new Militia to IMMEDIATELY CLOSE THE SOUTHERN BORDER! TODAY!
3. Use that same Militia to infilitrate and close down the U.N. and their building(s) in America
4. Shut down ANY and ALL Muslim Terrorist enclaves known to exist in America
5. Return Donald Trump to the White House with THIS  LIST as his Presidential platform!
6. Eliminate and close down; revoke the Charter of the Federal Reserve Bank
7. Immediately close down the IRS forever and repeal the 16th Amendment
8. Overturn the 17th Amendment; it is unconstitutional
9. Return the House of Representatives to compliance with the Constitutional requirements of Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 and regain their proper numbers, to whit; "The number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand,.." [constituents].
10. Outlaw abortion. It is murder. "Thou shalt not kill." Remember?
11. Repeal every single gun statute passed in violation of the "right to carry" statutes, or ANY state constitution or the nation's Constitution; start over at zero.
12. Eliminate ALL Covid based Mandates. It's a complete HOAX! This is all NWO Psychops!
13. Force the Federal government to live under the rules they make for the rest of us and;
14. Always insist they follow the Constitution. Every part of it.
15. Overturn Marbury V. Madison. They were wrong.
16. Bring back the original 13th Amendment.
17. Repeal the 14th Amendment. We don't need it.
18. Do away with this made up idea of "Civil Rights" once and for all. These kinds of rights don't exist. They are a fiction of the establishment crowd, designed to fool black people into believing that the government has the power to do something for them they could not do on their own and we no longer need this debacle of non-sense in our world or our courts. The fact is they were already acheiving these goals. Rosa Parks; Martin L. King Jr.; Malcolm X, etc. Besides, we already have Natural rights, Constitutional rights, and the Doctrine of Necessity to fall back on.

Those are worthy objectives which everyone should endorse. The question is: how can we best assure they are fulfilled? I maintain it can only happen when we lay aside our private agendas and unite in pursuit of a goal of regaining contol of government. Providing people the ability to unite will require leadership having a viable plan and the tools needed to implement it. These include an educational web site and a communicatons system through which the leadership team can contact all Governors, state legislators, county supervisors, objective pursuit team members, and registrants simultaneously or on a selected basis. The lack of these items is and has always been why patriots have been unable to mount an organized resistance.

Too many of those you say should be contacted such as governors and legislators would never suppport these ideals. They are more than happy to keep this system in place because they too benfit from this theft of our freedoms and our rights. I believe if enough people of like mind could get together and inhabit say one state we would be best served to vote in people who thinks as we do in this state and then to secede from the union. We can then  implement the Constitution as it was intended by the foudning fathers except we must include a way for the people to ensure that the Constitution is not warped and then thrown on scrap heap by that government. This won't happen because the majority of the nation is happy with their free government handouts.  Then when looking at the small number of people who want to keep their freedoms and return us to the Constition as the founding fathers designed it, most are hiding in their houses afraid of what could be done to them. They are praying the rest of us will solve the problem. Out of the few of us who are willing, everything we do is watched. Our facebooks, twitters, and our own email accounts are constantly being monitored by the CIA, BATF, FBI and every other illegal group employed by the current corporate government.

As far as your list of things to believe in - All military branches except for the Navy should be immediaately disbanded. The Constitution only allows for maintaining a navy. the army is only allowed to be called up for a limited 2 years at a time. The states are those who were allowed full time military. This is because the united States was actually founded as a union of Sovereign States. We were not founded as one nation under God.

This is why the Senate was to be made up of 2 representatives of each sovereign stae and why only the Senate has power to negotiate treaties, declare war and approve of federal appointments. Only the House was supposed to be representing the people and this is why it is supposed to have the power of the purse.

The question I have is where do people believe the president has the power to write executive orders,, no where does the Constitution give this power.

I have a very simple solution. I have already removed myself from our Defacto fake legal system started by A.Lincoln and the Civil War. We must understand that most of the people in government know that we are a Defacto fake government but have chosen to stay in office to get rich, not caring what happens to "We the People".

I recorded 3 Documents in our court system and that is all it takes to remove yourself from our Defacto fake government and move you into the original Republic of 1776, under God's Law and Common Law. Sorry to say, but many American's who I talk to are fearful of our government and will not take this step. However, the group that I am in is growing in number. We will take back our Republic and many of those things mentioned above will be corrected when the true Republic is restored.

I am an American State National....Son of the American Revolution....A Citizen of the original Republic started in 1776. I will not surrender to the Defacto fake government. My family fought along side of General George Washington for our FREEDOM; 26 of my family were "Minutemen " at Lexington and Concord.

If you are ready to move out of the Defacto Fake government into the original Republic...email me. I will give you the site that you can start the process. I know all of this because my research goes back to 1995 when I started to find the truth. Back then nobody wanted to listen but I believe that some of you are willing to trust God and save our real Republic. There will be many tried for treason.

By the way, if you do come to the original Republic you can actully be a part of the "Well Regulated Militia" AND CLAIM THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, VISIBLE OR CONCEALED CARRY.  so it is up to you if you have the guts.

Bravo Tim. It's about time someone besides me started stickng their neck out. If I don't miss my guess, you're talking about the likes of SEDM and The American States Assembly, no? These organizations are also linked to others who are walking a similar path. As you might have already seen, I already have tabs at the top of the page relating directly to this subject. If you can offer more on this, please feel free to share specifics and let's get rolling on it. I'M IN! I don't mind doing this , but I'm just trying to make sure everyone else comes with.

Morton, I am short on some  abbreviations......SEDM ?   American State National   ASN  ..ok I know that one.

Yes I am attending  our Tennessee General Assembly and we are setting up committees to get the ball rolling.  I just finished my Knowledge test so I will be helping in the  CRT ...  Communitty Response Team (Militia) . Education is very important and to know your Status under God's Law and Common Law is very important.

Have you ever wondered why the NRA has to fight so hard to try to keep the 2nd amendment? When you fight the enemy using the enemies tools they can always do as they wish and change any ruling they want to change. I am sending a letter to each of the NRA leaders so they can make a choice. Either stay with the Defacto government or move into the original Republic of 1776  under God's Law and Common Law. 

When we move into the original Republic, we can wave bye bye to the statutory legal system which is running the show right now.  Just a note James ...do not use the word "drive" ,"driver's license" "vehicle"  ....they are all commercial words and puts you right back into the defacto fake  government jurisdiction. You can use the word "automobile"  and you "travel" from point A to point B.   And ... you are not involved in Commerce--Trucking, passengers for hire.

I have a sign in my rear van window that says "Not for Hire".  That means I am not involved in commerce.  So much to learn.  We must also tell the officer that we are a Man...a living soul created by God. You are right James...unless we have hurt someone they have no jurisdiction over us. We do however want to be honorable and travel safely and not bring attention to ourselves. So do not poke the bear. Some bears do not even know God's Law and common Law.  Hey good to hear from you. Keep pressing on! Sorry for the acronyms. The tab at the top of the page will take you to SEDM (sedm.org). There you can learn all about them and with whom they intentionally associate and even their name, (Sovereign Education and Defense Ministry). I am right in the lead on this American National status movement. I have been looking at doing this myself. I have past military service to deal with.

That's a great idea, trying to move everyone in to the new Original Republic, under God's Law.

Thank you That looks like a wonderful website.   You mention Military service.  There is a Document that removes you from the military rolls.
