IPRs are held to determine the progress made toward completion of any given task leading to an objective or the Republic Restoration Initiative goal.
A properly designed plan will identify the objectives and tasks needing to be performed, the person responsible for each of them and a timeline showing the estimated or desired time of its completion. An IPR will normally be moderated by a coordinator. Individuals responsible for satisfying one or more of the objectives or tasks is given time to present the actions required to satisfy the objective or task, those completed and the status of remaining actions.
