Prerequisites for participating in the
Political Action Coordinating Conference (PACC)
Dedicated to Resoring our Republic
To help assure the PACC achieves its objectives it’s necessary attendees agree on the need to satisfy the
following 11 items and the content of position papers 1 & 2.
- Create an organization/initiative dedicated to pursuing a GOAL of “restoring to the states and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them under the Constitution” as 30 Republican governors pledged to do in 1994 or the restoration of America’s Republic.
- Formation of a national leadership team (NLT) from among those recognizing need #1.
- NLT adopt the #1 and #2 proposed position papers included below to secure the legal and moral high ground for the initiative.
- Select a name for the initiative The name Republic Restoration Initiative is proposed and has been used in the writings to date.
- Develop or adopt a plan to be used in pursuit of the GOAL. The plan proposed by the Constitution Networking Center in 1993 is outlined at http://www.thecnc.org/Documents/1776.htm. A summary of the plan is attached.
- Identify the major objectives lying on the GOAL’s critical path. A suggested list of objectives is attached and offered for consideration.
- Form an Objective Pursuit Team for each objective whose mission is to develop and guide the implementation of a plan for pursing its assigned objective.
- Identify members of a National Implementation Team (NIT). The NIT must include a person capable of developing and maintaining a web site, data base, and communications system.
- Identify a source of funds to support the organization/initiative and a person/organization to function as a comptroller to accept and disburse the funds.
- Identify interim occupants of the positions within the organization’s structure. A rough outline of the structure for the RRI plan is attached.
- Develop a time line identifying future actions to include holding In Process Reviews. See attached.
