A message for America's military and civilian Law Enforcement personnel

Sadly, we veterans were used - not to uphold our oaths to protect and defend the Constitution….from all enemies, foreign and domestic but to undermine our Constitution on behalf of tyrants seeking to rule the world! NEVER AGAIN as I now understand the facts in this flyer.
James Madison said: “The preservation of a free government requires, not merely that the metes and bounds which separate each department of power be invariably maintained, but more especially that neither of them be suffered to overleap the great barrier which defends the rights of the people. The rulers who are guilty of such encroachment exceed the commission from which they derive their authority, and are TYRANTS. The people who submit to it are governed by laws made neither by themselves nor by an authority derived from them and are slaves…..”
Our lawful government, whose purpose was to secure our unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty and an opportunity for Happiness, is history. A silent counter revolution has “overleaped the great barrier” and is merging the U.S. into a New World Order (NWO); “a world having a supranational authority to regulate world commerce and industry, an international organization that would control the production and consumption of oil; an international currency that would replace the dollar; a world development fund that would make funds available to free and communist nations alike; and an international police force to enforce the edicts of the New World Order.” This will be a global prison operating under Humanism, the religion of TYRANTS! Its warden will be an Imperial Oligarchy.
AMERICA'S PROBLEM is people’s failure to recognize the importance of - and to comply with - James 4:17 by doing what’s right. This is especially true of our educators, elected officials, law enforcement and media personnel, and clergy. A result of this problem was cited by 30 Republican governors in 1994 who said “Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed the people." This unlawful action now has Americans living under the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto.
The governors pledged “to restore to the states and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them by the Constitution.” Each of us are duty bound to support this pledge! We owe allegiance to the Constitution; not to a President, Supreme Court, Congress or “supranational Authority” guilty of subverting it! The purpose of this flyer is to help you understand the need to honor your oath and plead with you to do so for you, above all others, have the power to Take America Back to its lawful form of government and must exercise it.
AN HONEST EXAMINATION OF FACTS
SUPREME LAWS - Either the U.S. is a duly constituted nation governed by the principles and procedures cited in our nation's Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights or it isn’t! If not, an unlawful revolution has taken place as no state has agreed to amend our form of government, much less the 75% required by the Constitution.
PERPETUAL DEBT = SLAVERY - Though our economic bondage began with “gold tenders” 2,000 years B.C. recent facts are: in 1913 our Congress, with no authority to do so, gave its Constitutional power to coin money to a deceitfully named, privately owned bank called the Federal Reserve System (FED). Rather than monetize wealth as intended by our Constitution, the FED chose to monetize debt. The U.S. Dept. of Treasury wrote: “the actual creation of money always involves the extension of credit by private commercial banks” and “money for paying the interest on borrowed money comes from the same source as other money comes from.”
Debt can’t pay debt! Under this enslaving monetary policy, Americans have amassed public and private debts of $55+ trillion and many more trillions in unfunded obligations and only about $7.4 trillion in liquidity to pay them. The concentrated wealth resulting from this ungodly and unconstitutional policy paid for the corruption of our government and the activity of the “supranationa1 authority” seeking the NWO. The only possible result of this policy is for the FED’s owners to eventually take title to all real wealth of their choice, hold a mortgage on the remainder and have a claim on all future production. Do you want this for your friends and family or think America’s founders, who pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to create our nation, intended it one day be owned by about thirteen families of the world?
SUBVERSION? - On March 9th, 1933, Congress passed the Emergency Banking Act. It made "We the People" official enemies of the Federal government and created a dictatorship by giving the Presidency unlimited “emergency powers.” In U.S. Senate Report #93-549 Congress said “This vast range of powers...confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal constitutional processes.” Do you think Congress is so inept it can’t solve an emergency in over 80 years or is this part of a plot to overthrow our Constitution?
Claiming freedom from the Constitution Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt instituted socialism under the euphemism of a “NEW DEAL.” This was the beginning of the end of free enterprise. The U.S. Supreme Court further negated the Constitution by deciding the “General Welfare” clause of Art. 1, Sec. 8, should let Congress ignore its delegated powers and run the country as it pleases; the Constitution be damned! This, in spite of the tenth Amendment making it clear the only Powers the Federal government has are those specifically enumerated in the Constitution!
In 1945, the Senate ratified the U.N. Charter as a Treaty (it isn’t) and committed the U.S. “to take joint and separate action” to comply with U.N. policies. This climaxed the silent revolution. In Senate testimony on 5-4-55, former American Bar Association Pres. Carl B. Rix said: “Congress is no longer bound by its Constitutional system of delegated power. Its only test is under the obligatory power to promote human rights (not our Bill of rights).…. Congress may now legislate as an uninhibited body with no shackles of delegated powers under the Constitution. Our entire system of government of delegated powers of Congress has been changed to a system of un delegated power without amendment (to the Constitution) by the people of the United States.”
A steady flow of “Treaties,” agreements, and other unconstitutional legislation followed ratification of the UN Charter; one being the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. It shredded our Bill of Rights! Though some became privileges, it eliminated our most important right; the right to “keep and bear arms.” Rest assured, some government institution will eventually pass legislation making guns (or ammunition) illegal under the color of law as the “supranational authority” doesn’t want Americans to be able to defend themselves from the raping and plundering that always accompanies a country’s occupation by foreign troops.
WHAT NOW? - Americans are confused. They know something is dreadfully wrong! Our economy is in shambles. People are losing their jobs, farms, homes, etc., while their debts and taxes multiply. They can’t understand why their elected officials can’t fix our “problems” and why our controlled media won’t tell them. Their confusion and sense of hopelessness leads to despair, destroys their health and drives them to drugs, crime, suicide, and violence.
Underlying this national suicide is the love of money. We are engaged in a spiritual war between good and evil and will either return to God and our Constitution or face the expansion of a tyranny less susceptible to dissolution than any in history. The NWO’s “worldwide police force” is being put in place. Law enforcement personnel have been made part of it. America now has troops in over 130 nations. While our Federal and State governments have long supported the NWO even the appearance of representative government will soon disappear unless those under oath to support the Constitution do so. It’s urgent you accept that the world’s most dangerous criminals are the elected and appointed revolutionaries in our state capitols and Washington, D.C. They, without lawful authority, have changed our form of government and directed we kill innocent people throughout the world. Since Congress hadn’t declared wars these were simply acts of terrorism undertaken to advance the NWO and enslave ALL mankind. To stop this unlawful activity, we need just and equitable application of existing laws against everyone - including politicians.
We must recognize the U.S. Supreme Court was right in saying:
- “This Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.” (Reid vs. Covert)
- “All laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” (Marbury vs Madison)
- “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” (Miranda vs Arizona)
We must bring to justice those who plotted, implemented with their vote, or perpetuated the effort to overthrow our lawful government by enforcing these laws cited in Title 18 of the U.S. Criminal Code,
§ Section 2383. Rebellion or insurrection Whoever incites, set on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
§ Section 241. Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State, ... in the free exercise of enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution ... or If two or more persons go... on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—They shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;…”
After studying these laws and the above facts, it’s quite clear America’s greatest needs are for:
- Americans to realize that "Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it." --Mark Twain
- A mechanism for using Constitutional law to secure its intent.
- Law enforcement personnel to show some integrity and courage by honoring their oath and enforcing lawfully constituted laws!
- State legislators to exercise their lawful responsibility as the principles to the Constitution.
- Voters to realize the insanity of reelecting those who have failed to try to stop to the dismantling of America.
DECISION TIME
Each of us must decide: am I a real American in the spirit of our Nation’s founders or a mercenary helping to enslave mankind for a little short term security? PRAY about it, and may God give you the courage to honor your oath for only with your support can our nation begin to correct the symptoms of its sickness, e.g. poverty, homelessness, crime, an in-ordinate number of bankruptcies, and more.
Abraham Lincoln said:
“Our safety, our liberty, depends upon preserving the Constitution of the United States as our Fathers made it inviolate. The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”
Please take these words to heart and act accordingly!
SHERIFFS - You have a unique opportunity! You can easily shock your constituents into reality and you have the power, authority and duty to do so. Our Constitution never intended for America to be invaded or occupied by foreign troops or placed under Martial Law, yet such a scenario is imminent. Tell your constituents there’s reason to believe you might need to deputize people to help enforce Constitutional laws and that to prepare them you are establishing a Local Area Suppport Team (LAST) whose members have access to a weapon and are proficient in its use. Such an act would get people’s attention! Once you explain the “why,” the public outcry for enforcement of the laws identified earlier will require that those guilty of helping to destroy our lawfully constituted government clean up their act or be brought to justice.
GOVERNORS - Most state Constitutions say: “the supreme executive power of this state shall be vested in a governor, who shall be responsible for the enforcement of the laws of the state,” or something similar. By encouraging responsible action from county sheriffs, State Police, and others, you can insure the equitable enforcement of existing laws. You can help stop the federal government from pretending the UN Charter, documents ratified as Treaties in support of it and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 are Constitutional. A lawsuit challenging the unconstitutionality of the UN is available. It awaits a governor or legislature with the vision to recognize the need and with the courage to direct their state’s Attorney General file the suit with the U.S. Supreme Court under the Constitution’s Art. 3, Sec. 2-2.
CLOSING THOUGHTS - Our Constitution is the beacon of hope for all the world’s people. If it’s to be restored, it will be by our states. They, as the principals to our Constitution, hold the ultimate responsibility and authority for its proper implementation. Should their efforts result in a confrontation between state and federal government it’s our law enforcement personnel who will decide if Americans will again enjoy the blessings of Liberty or continue down the road to slavery. Please give prayerful consideration to your decision! It will be the most important you will ever make.
