Mohave County, AZ Constitution Club Presentation
It's proposed one or more Constitution Club members in every county assume the responsibility for presenting the following to every organized group possible.

On behalf of the Mohave County Constitution Club I thank you for the opportunity to tell you our story. Our group is the result of a concern shared by its members; not a concern based upon innuendoes and rumors but a concern based upon facts; some of the most important being: The government of the united states of America was created as a REPUBLIC for the purpose of securing for Americans their unalienable rights to life, liberty and an opportunity to pursue happiness; a REPUBLIC being A nation in which the supreme power rests in all the citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives elected by them and responsible to them.
The united States is no longer a REPUBLIC, our rights are no longer secure, and our representatives are no longer responsible to voters! We are now a nation-state of global governance under the United Nations.
In reference to this fact Mr. Carl Rix, former President of the American Bar Association, told Congress on May 11, 1955 that: "Congress is no longer bound by its Constitutional system of delegated power.., Congress may now legislate as an uninhibited body with no shackles of delegated powers under the Constitution."
Our entire system of government of delegated powers of Congress has been changed to a system of undelegated power without amendment of the Constitution by the people. By agreeing to take joint and separate action in support of United Nation's policy, America's ability to control its destiny was forfeited! This wasn't by accident!
In a 9-11-1990 televised address President George H. W. Bush said quote; "Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective - a new world order - can emerge.... We are now in sight of a United Nations that performs as envisioned by its founders."
And what is this New World Order (NWO)? Since our nation's inception an unseen hand has worked to establish a world that has a supranational authority to regulate world commerce and industry, an international organization that would control the production and consumption of oil; an international currency that would replace the dollar; a world development fund that would make funds available to free and communist nations alike; and an international police force to enforce the edicts of the New World Order; i.e., a global prison whose warden will be an Imperial Oligarchy! The architect and godfather of this NWO was Meyer Amschel Rothschild. To this day, the House of Rothschild and its allies remain the dominant force behind international finance, Central Banking, Globalism, and radical left-wing politics. For more on this subject see

We were warned of this force on April 27, 1961 by President Kennedy who said: "We're at war with the most dangerous enemy that has ever faced mankind. It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations."
In speaking about a former economic downturn Mr. Simon Johnson, former Chief Economist of the International Monetary Fund said: "The crash has laid bare many unpleasant truths about the United States. One of the most alarming is that the finance industry has effectively captured our government. If the IMF's staff could speak freely about the U.S., it would tell us what it tells all countries in this situation: recovery will fail unless we break the financial oligarchy that is blocking essential reform."
It should be noted that President Teddy Roosevelt said: "Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people."
John Adams said: "There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword. The other is by debt."
Americans have been enslaved by debt through an ungodly, unconstitutional, and usurious monetary policy. The Department of Treasury described this policy by writing: "the actual creation of money always involves the extension of credit by private commercial banks and money to pay the interest on borrowed money comes from the same source other money comes from."
Think about this. What we use as a medium of exchange is monetized debt and the money to pay the interest on this debt comes from more debt! The only possible outcome of such a policy is for the stockholders of the privately owned, deceitfully named bank called the Federal Reserve System to eventually hold title to all real wealth of their choice, a mortgage on the remainder and claim on all future production. Our challenge is to find a way to escape this ungodly and unconstitutional system and to restore lawful government. Is this possible?
Maybe, but only if enough Americans recognize that our fundamental problem is people's failure and especially that of our elected officials and law enforcement personnel to recognize the importance of James 4:17 and to honor it by doing what is morally right rather than politically correct; that a manifestation of this problem is Federal action that's exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated people's rights as alleged by thirty governors on 11/22/94, and to team up to restore lawful government.
We must begin by accepting symptoms of a problem that can't be solved and that to solve America's problem and its major manifestation we must find a way to assure compliance with the principles and procedures set forth in America's founding documents. How can we assure compliance you ask?
Americans have 5 boxes through which to hold government officials accountable. In theory we have the soapbox, the mail box in all its forms with which to educate and inspire elected officials to honor their oath and do what's right, the jury box authorized by Article V of the Bill of Rights with which we can hold wayward officials accountable under the law, the ballot box and when these fail, the cartridge box.
In reality we only have the soap, mail and cartridge boxes. The Common law Grand juries which were intended to be a fourth branch of government through which we the people could hold wayward officials accountable under the law was illegally taken from us in 1946 when the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure were changed to declare them obsolete. This, in spite of Justice Scalia writing in the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L.Ed.2d 352 (1992), that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, Executive, nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights. Without indictments or presentments from Grand juries there's no need for trial juries.
Bottom line: we have no means with which to hold the criminals in government responsible under the law and it's an accepted fact that the ballot box is unreliable for many reasons. IF lawful government is to be peacefully restored, voters must agree that our states, having created the Constitution and through it the Federal government as their Agent, hold the ultimate responsibility and authority for its proper interpretation and implementation and jointly pursue one or more of three options.
To give voters a way to peacefully hold elected officials accountable our states must pass legislation that will restore the integrity of the jury and ballot boxes, nullify the fraudulently introduced and adopted 17th Amendment that transferred control of Federal Senators from state legislatures to the financial/industrial cartel whose money and controlled media they depend, and/or recognize the missing original 13th Amendment was properly ratified and though ignored, it is the law.
It's self-evident from the above that the mission of patriots is to convince their state legislators to honor their oath by supporting legislation designed to provide voters a way to peacefully gain control of the Federal government or to again become FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES as the Declaration of Independence proclaims they are and of Right ought to be.

For as President Kennedy said in 1962: "Those who make peaceful resolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."
Unfortunately, with a violent revolution becoming more likely each passing day, it's essential we keep trying till the lead starts flying, for as George Washington said in 1774: "The crisis is arrived when we must assert our rights, or submit to every imposition, that can be heaped upon us, till custom and use shall make us as tame and abject slaves."
