Options & Actions

If we the concerned are to restore our Republic to its lawful foundation, we must gain control of our rogue Federal government. We have six options for doing so; the success of each being contingent on unity on the actions by millions of Americans via a communications system assuring registrants retain their freedom to pursue their special interests while uniting on actions of common interest.

These options and some important actions associated with them are:

1. Responsible action by the Judicial system on actions from “runaway” (non government controlled) Grand Juries. America has become a lawless nation. Our Presidents, Congress and Supreme Court have been permitted to not only freely abrogate their 17 delegated powers but to also violate them and expand their reach without limit. In 1994, thirty governors summed up our problem by alleging that “Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed the people.” Though an effort was made to locate a prosecutor having the integrity and courage to honor her/his oath in order to prosecute those responsible for the unconstitutional Federal action, none have been found. It is therefore necessary state legislatures appoint a special prosecutor to responsibly adjudicate the products of Grand Juries or to direct some state prosecutors to do so under penalty of law if this option is to be viable.
2. Action by America’s law enforcement personnel to honor their oaths, take control of government, assure America’s major media outlets cover our Nation’s true history and its transformation from a Constitutional Republic into a fascist state followed by new and fair elections. This is perhaps the quickest and most effective option available IF enough of our law enforcement personnel have the integrity and courage to honor their oath. For this option to be viable, state legislatures will have to outlaw computerized voting and assure the integrity of the ballot box. 3. Elect a Constitutionally committed President willing to honor her/his oath at the earliest opportunity.
4. States using their lawful authority as Principals to the Constitution to assure compliance.
5. A massive replacement of our Congressional representatives which must include the replacement of incumbent committee Chairpersons having the knowledge and integrity needed to honor their oath.
6. The Constitutionally authorized 2nd amendment militia.
